I've had this dryer a couple of months. This dryer is powerful! It dries hair quickly, with a smooth finish. It has solid construction and the nozzle doesn't get too hot like many other dryers.
I feel like a bad-ass when I'm using it!
I don't really notice the ceramic/ionic effect so much, but could be I have not used a dryer that wasn't ceramic/ionic in a long time.
The only negatives I can say are: I was disappointed that it didn't come with a diffuser and it is a little heavy.
I would buy this dryer again.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. The hair dryer didn't work when we opened the box. I tried to return it for replacement or repair and was told the 15 day return policy had passed. To quote shearup.com:

"Thank you so much for informing us that your item is defective. We truly appreciate your business.

You are currently outside of the return policy window.

Please note that all returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of the delivery date in order to be accepted for a return/exchange."
