The warranty protects against mechanical defects in materials and workmanship. Within this period, we will repair or replace, at our option and free of charge, any parts found by us to be defective due to faulty materials and/or workmanship. This warranty does not cover breakage or damage caused by misuse, negligent handling or unauthorized repair. As the owner of this applicance, it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and good operating condition of the appliance. If the applicance is or becomes inoperable due to neglect or lack of proper maintenance of the appliance and/or its parts the appliance will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Should you have any problems with this appliance, return it to us with transportation charges prepaid, it will not be accepted otherwise. Include a brief description of the nature of the difficulty and a copy of the sales slip. Your repaired or replaced appliance will be shipped C.O.D. for a minimum shipping and handling charge while under the warranty. In order for this warranty to be effective, detach the accompanying warranty registration card and mail to us within 10 days of purchase together with a copy of the scalp slip. Made in Italy
