Comment: This works quickly and my hair looks healthy but it's very loud - it sounds like something is rattling on the inside and its extremely hot!

Summary: MY FIRST ROLL ABOUT DRYER 2010-05-18
Comment: This is my first roll about dryer so I don't have anything to compare it to. It is easy to assemble. The first time I turned it on it had a rattle and still does. The high temp is a smidge too high and the low is too low. There needs to be a medium heat. The motor is very loud and with the rattle it is a little pesky. The good news is that the hood is large enough to accomodate a roller set. It is very easy to adjust the height. The dryer rolls from point A to point B quite easily. Would I purchase this one again? No, I would spend a little more and hope for one that didn't have a rattle and did have a more diverse heat choice. I have purchased a variety from Amazon and will continue to do so.

Comment: I used to spend close to an hour drying my long thick curly hair with a handheld dryer. Now I can sit with the purple people heater for 25 minutes and get great results. I purchased my first one three years ago and I am now buying my second one because I broke the first when moving, oops! I love how quickly it dries my hair and would recommend this product.

Comment: I wear Sisterlocs and my hair is dense and full. It would take hours under the drier and still would not be dry. This dryer makes my life so much easier. It dries my hair, doesn't take all day and is light weight and mobile. So far so good.
