I have had this hair dryer for a little over a year. It has been the best dryer that I have ever owned. I am a professional stylist but this was for personal use. It was light weight, dried fast,attractive, as well as quiet. SO whats the con? It just randomly quit working! Of course just a few weeks after the warranty was up. But frankly, I spent over 150 dollars on this dryer and it died in just a little over a year. I would expect so much more for that kind of money. I am so disappointed but unwilling to spend this amount on the same dryer and risk double disappointment. Maybe I had some bad luck and received a defective item. If that's the case, then this product would get a five star rating from me. I still love you HAI!
