The picture display of the item is definitely not what I received when I opened the package. It was completely different to the image but I still decided to give it a try because the product may not look the same on the outside but would perform the same task. I couldn't stay under for no more than 15 minute because of the noise. It is the loudest dryer I have ever sat under. It also gets very hot and there is no medium heating option; it is either hi or low. The specs of the item matches with the manufacturer's name and the amount of watts but don't be fooled by the image; what you see is not what you are going to get. The most upsetting part for me is that I purchased this particular dryer because a stylist recommened this exact image that is displayed of all the others we looked at for various reasons whereas I agreed with her and to my disappointment, it is exactly like the ones she told me not to get and I have experienced all the negative things that she warned me about!!!! I bought this hair dryer and it's very loud... Also, it does not dry the lower part of your head neither does it get hot enough. I am very disappointed and returning this item for something much better, including if I have to spend more money to get the right dryer.
