Enzo Milano Gio 1” Flat Iron is the latest addition to our innovative line of styling tools, featuring our patented Tribostatic Ceramic Heating Element which maintains a consistent heat throughout the plates. The Gio features Ceramic plates fused with Tourmaline. Tourmaline produces far-infrared, which is a gentler type of heat that penetrates the hair shaft and straightens hair from the inside out. I was a little reluctant to purchase at first when I read some reviews stating that the product ceased to work after only a few uses. However, I have been using mine almost every day for over a month and every single time I am glad I made this purchase. It leaves my hair softer, silkier, and beautifully straight. I never have to go over a strip of hair more than once. I can straighten with damp or dry hair and get the same result. The maximum heat of 450F is really effective for me because I have thick, curly hair. The adjustable heat option is great because I can use lower temperatures if I just want to touch up.

Of course, I use heat protection for my hair and a light hair gloss to achieve a healthy looking shine. I flat iron reasonably thin, 2"-3" wide strips of hair to maximize contact with the plates. I believe part of maximizing results is proper use of the product.

I would definitely recommend this flat iron. It's the best I've ever used.

I purchased an Enzo Milano flat iron through Amazon and after using this product for about 4 days it was no longer working. I couldn't believe this was happening for I was very skeptical on buying this product online, but after using this flat iron for 4 days I could feel the difference in the texture of my hair, it feels a lot healthier compared to others I have used. Well, I called Amazon's customer service and told them my situation and they were very accommodating to my needs and knew I was very upset that after 4 days the flat iron wasn't working. They shipped a new flat iron to me within 2 days. Overall, I am very satisfied with the way Amazon handled my situation and will always use them when ordering online.

I highly recommend this product! My hair stylist uses it at her salon and recommended it. My hair is healthier and shinier than ever! I was able to get it for about half the price of what she sells them for at her salon so definitely a bargain buying through Amazon.com. LOVE this product, well worth the money!!
