Ah-mazing!!! supper light, dries hair in record time (I have super thick, long Hair). the only thing I might change about it is the cold setting doesn't get very cold..but it does the trick!! Used to take me 30 minutes to dry my hair...I can get my hair ready in 15 minutes or less...and I blow out my hair so I do the whole sections thing...which usually takes FOREVER!!

This hair dryer heats too much in all the settings. I returned it to the factory to see what was the problem. It was hurting my scalp and damaging my hair, no matter the setting. About three (3) weeks later they sent me a new one, but the problem continues. I will not be able to use it. I wasted my money for the first time. After all the purchases (many) that I have done with Amazon, this is my first complaint about any product.
