BaByliss Pro BABTM5586N TT Tourmaline 5000-Watt Natural Ionic Hair Dryer

What's sad is the reviewer above me (and the only one listed when I posted this) gave a low review for the BaByliss 5000 when they clearly state it was the 5500 NOT the 5000 they received and used.

I actually had another hair dryer by this company that stopped working after owning it less than a year. I sent it in and received this BaByliss 5000 as it's replacement. I was very surprised since this is a professional hair dryer, so that alone should tell you how they treat and handle their customer service: TOP NOTCH! =)

This dryer dries fast, it's easy to hold, has the quick spray cold button, and is below average on noise. I absolutely love it! It's the BEST hair dryer I've ever owned! And while I never ever thought I would put out this kind of $ for a hair dryer, I am going to pick up a 2nd one as my back up and reserve. It's that good! =)

It's okay. I ordered the tourmaline 5000 but received the tourmaline 5500. Fortunately, my client took the 5500. It does not work as well as the 5000. I was disappointed.

My 3 daughters have a BaByliss, so bought it on their recommendation. It does dry my hair faster as promised, so I have changed to the warm air setting rather than hot, which should reduce hair damage. That's the only difference I have noticed so that's why I rated it 4 stars. To me, it's a lot of money to pay for just a higher wattage dryer. I did not receive the item pictured; rather received a white one. I decided to keep it as it would be a hassle to return it, but I find it annoying when a substitution is made without consulting the customer. Did not include this issue in the rating.
